All loose diamonds and jewelry sold subject to complete customer satisfaction. Five day return privilege: full refund given when merchandise returned undamaged and unused (customer pays all shipping and insurance). A 20% restocking fee will be charged for custom designed rings. Customer also pays to replace lost or damaged diamond certificate.

We ship by Insured Federal Express ($20 per pound). Domestic insurance rates are currently calculated by Value x 0.0035 (Example: $10,000.00 x 0.0035 = $35.00). International orders will be determined on a case by case basis. Alternate shipping: UPS or Registered United States Postal Service. Customer may of course pick up merchandise at office; please call or email first for appointment.

All shipments must be signed for by the purchaser with photo ID. You may pay by bank check, personal check or wire transfer in US dollars. Merchandise held till check clears.
